Service and Repair Policy

At Rosso Furniture & Decor, we ensure that the furniture you purchase meets high standards of quality and durability. We offer service and repair options under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please review the following guidelines for service and repair requests

Eligibility for Service and Repairs
  • Only items covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty will be serviced.
  • Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms, including specific time frames, conditions, and exclusions based on the product type.
Warranty Coverage
  • The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. Customers must provide proof of purchase and meet any additional warranty requirements, such as maintaining proof of care.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Repairs and Services
  • Repairs and services are performed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Rosso Furniture adheres to the manufacturer's decisions regarding coverage for service or repairs.
Service Requests
  • For warranty service, contact our service department at SERVICE@ROSSO.COM or call 408-842-2800. Include photos or a video of the issue along with the invoice number or order details.
  • We will assess your request and coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange for service, including possible repairs or part replacements.
In-House Repairs
  • Authorized service professionals or technicians will complete repairs for qualifying items. Customers are responsible for delivering their furniture to our warehouse unless otherwise specified.
  • "Pickup and return" service requests will incur standard area delivery charges.
Manufacturer Warranty Process
  • Upon submission of a service request, our team will inspect the issue to determine eligibility for warranty repair. If eligible, we will coordinate with the manufacturer for the necessary repairs or parts replacement.
  • Any additional costs, including transportation or shipping charges for warranty service, will be communicated upfront.
Parts Outside Warranty Period
  • Rosso Furniture does not diagnose or recommend parts or repairs for out-of-warranty items.
  • To purchase parts for items outside the warranty period, we will attempt to contact the manufacturer and order them.
  • Standard delivery and sales tax charges apply to all parts ordered, with an estimate provided upfront.
  • Payment in full for all parts, including freight, sales tax, and delivery charges, is required before ordering.
Service Technician Visits
  • Service technicians will only inspect or diagnose specific furniture pieces detailed in the current service request. Additional items require prior arrangements.
  • Trip charges apply to each service visit, whether for warranty or non-warranty repairs, and will be communicated upfront.
Service Area Limitations
  • Rosso Service technicians operate within our typical delivery area. Service or repair outside this area may not be available or may incur additional charges.
Warranty Specifications
  • Refer to the warranty information attached to your merchandise at the time of purchase for specific terms, conditions, and coverage details.
Repair Limitations
  • Warranty repairs are limited to restoring defective components or materials. If a replacement part is unavailable, we may offer a replacement item or an equivalent solution at the manufacturer's discretion
Warranty Exclusions
  • Warranties exclude damage caused by improper use, alterations, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs, as well as normal wear and tear or failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions.
