The experienced Rosso warehouse staff will absorb all the burden of receiving and inspecting your goods for you. Upon arrival at a our warehouse, the shipment will be checked against the provided documentation to ensure that all items have been delivered as expected.
Each piece will be cataloged, barcoded and entered into the inventory management system for accurate tracking and logistics.
All packaging and items undergo a thorough inspection to identify any damages, defects, or discrepancies. This inspection helps ensure that only high-quality, undamaged items are delivered to customers. We offer receiving hours 5 days per week, have a loading dock and deluxing capabilities.
Deluxing refers to the process of preparing the furniture items for delivery to customers. This process involves removing dust, dirt, and any packaging residue from the furniture surfaces, if required, assembling furniture items according to manufacturer instructions and conducting final inspections to ensure that all furniture meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Rossos will work directly with you to select the delivery date
and time that works for your client. We have a fleet of 4 delivery trucks and sufficient staff to run multiple trucks on a project if necessary.
On the scheduled date, the delivery team prepares the furniture for transit, ensuring it's properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during transportation.
Upon arrival at the destination, the uniformed delivery team unloads the furniture , taking care to handle it with caution to prevent any damage to the property or the furniture itself. Once inside the customer's home or business, the delivery team places the furniture in the designated room or area as per the customer's instructions. The customer inspects the delivered furniture to ensure it is in good condition and meets their expectations.
After the delivery is complete, the team performs a basic
cleanup, removing any packaging materials or debris generated during the process. The customer will be asked to sign off on the delivery, confirming that the furniture was received in satisfactory condition and placed as requested. It is essential to our business that the delivery service is seamless and professional.
